Pizza Rolls 10 for $10 @ Hy-Vee 9/1

Just saw an ad for a 1-day sale at Hy-Vee on Thursday 9/1.  They will be having pizza rolls on sale at 10 for $10.  There was a coupon in the 8/7 inserts for $.40 off 2.  I have not seen a printable coupon for the pizza rolls online, but I will keep looking.  However, if you don't have a coupon, the pizza rolls are still a great deal at $1 each.

UPDATE:  if you go to couponnetwork.com you can print out two coupons for $.40 off 2 Totino's pizza rolls.  You could get 4 boxes of pizza rolls for $.80 each!

Cheap Colgate @ Walmart

Stopped at Walmart this morning before work to do a bit of price checking and noticed that they had a bunch of Colgate products on sale for $.94.  There was toothpaste, toothbrushes, and wisps.

In yesterday's paper 8/28, there were two coupons for colgate products in the SmartSource insert.  So, with coupons, you could get the wisps and/or toothbrush for $.54 ($.40 off coupon) and the toothpaste for $.44 ($.50 off coupon).

Can't beat a deal like that!!!

Welcome!!!

Welcome to Tara and Lori's blog.  We LOVE coupons!!!  And we LOVE a good deal!!!  We hope that this blog will help you to get the most for your money, by watching sales and using coupons.  Our goal with this blog is to show you what coupons are available out there, how to stack your coupons, where the good deals are, and anything else related to coupons.  Couponing is our new addiction!!!

First, we recommend getting your hands on several Sunday papers, here's a couple of suggestions on how to get more...
-ask family and friends to save coupons for you
-fill-up your car with gas on Sundays at Kum & Go and receive a free paper (must spend at least $15)
-coupon share with someone who also coupons
-or you could go dumpster diving at the recycling center for coupons

Once you get your coupons, you will need to come up with a way to organize them.  There is no right or wrong way to do this.  And the way I organize my coupons might not work for you.  This is a topic we will discuss in later posts.

Now it's time to find the deals and SHOP!!!!

Hope you enjoy our blog,
Tara and Lori
